Trivia Night 2011

Hey everyone!As you all know, our Trivia Night is coming up VERY soon- THIS SATURDAY! It would be great to get some help from you guys in order to make the night run smoothly. Things we might need help with are:-Setting up (about 45 mins before we start)-Packing up at the end-A team of people to mark questions-Prizes team- if anyone has ideas for prizes (or is able to donate anything) it would be much appreciated-Someone to be in charge of RSVPs and table allocations-People to send in ideas for activities to help us raise more money-Someone to MC for the night As much help as I can get would be much appreciated as I have a lot on my plate right now. I really hope everyone can come along and bring some friends because it will be a really fun night and the money raised will be going to a good cause (our club's future humanitarian projects). It's also a great night to get to know everyone in the club and to promote Rotaract! Let me know as soon as you can if you can help out with anything. RSVPs will be needed quite soon as well, so that Katie can sort out approximate numbers for catering.See you guys there!Ngaire :)
