Indoor rock climbing was the first social district event for 2009. It was a great night of catching up with friends along with adrenaline pumping through your vains as you climb your way the top.
"On Friday the 30th of January a group of eager Rotaract members met to battle it out on the wall of physical skill, talent and agility….yep we went ‘Rock-climbing’.
Over the evening we had a great representation of Rotaract Club members from all over Sydney who were willing to tackle some of the most challenging walls around Australia. This event was a fantastic opportunity for young enthusiastic members to either try something new or fine tune their current rock-climbing skills.
Along with gaining these physical skills, it was also the perfect occasion to socialise with other inspiring and active Rotaract members. A well deserved bite to eat was enjoyed by all who attended the event in a tasty Crows Nest restaurant.
Overall, a wonderful evening was shared by all and a massive thank-you goes to Tracey Cowan for organizing this fun event."
