"Even though I have been a board member for RMQ for a year now I still didn't know a lot about Rotaract. The seminar gave me a run down of what Rotaract is and its beginnings along with the roles of an efficient board. Along with this they shared the vision for District 9680 to increase the member base and have minimum fundraising goals. Also mentioned was how to create a thriving club through holding events or projects to get members involved and reach our goals. Scattered though were team building exercises, untangling the knot one, used by many people but still doesn't get old. All in all the day was a great success and I believe everyone who attended took a lot away from it."
