District 9680 held a club officer training seminar (COTS) for the Rotaract clubs in the district. Clubs which attended included RMQ, Central Coast and St Ives. This seminar was to give background knowledge about Rotaract and the various roles to those holding a board position in 2009/2010. Specific training was given on how to run a Rotaract club as well as how to undertake a board position. Also, previous board members provided their knowledge and experience to newer members. COTS is held annually to train incoming board members to ensure successful club leadership.
