The Asia Pacific Regional Rotaract Conference (APRRC) began in 2004 in Hong Kong. This conference is held annually by a host country in the Asia-Pacific region and this year it was held in the beautiful Singapore. The conference aims to provide a place for Rotaractors from the region to come to a common ground to discuss the progress of Rotaract, future goals for the region and Rotaract as a whole as well as to establish relationships between clubs. This year's conference was filled with seminars regarding service and effective leadership, guest speakers talking about media and finance and fun break-out sessions like Aikido and Mini-Olympics.
In 2010 APRRC will be held in our lovely city of Sydney. The conference will be held at Sydney Olympic park and there are 400 places left. It is a great opportunity to attend and meet Rotaractors from around the region. However, we can volunteer to help in the running of the event.
